Construction*:
IR101
utilizes a special virgin PTFE inner core that has been strengthened
through additional post curing processes. This processing
technology enables the R101 medium pressure hose to be used
in very high performance service featuring pressure cycling
while maintaining fatigue resistance. The PTFE tube also incorporates
the Titeflex patented "ZS" zero static construction
providing for effective dissipation of static charges.
The post-sintered
.040" wall PTFE is recommended for gaseous transfer at
elevated pressures. The wire braid is 304SS.
Fittings

IR101
hose fittings utilize the exclusive Titeflex progressive swaging
method of attachment, in combination with a unique threaded
design.
Material
all JIC's are 304 stainless steel.
