Other suppliers in the industry have tried to copy this proven design. However, the Titeflex Quickswage system has demonstrated proven performance over these inferior imitations.

QuikSwage fittings feature the exclusive Titeflex progressive swaging method of attachment. The PTFE inner core and overbraid are firmly locked between the fitting collar and insert for a permanent, leak-proof assembly. The positive braid lock assures that strain is absorbed by the braid, not the PTFE core.

Quikswage fittings for R115/R122 hose can be assembled by Titeflex or by Authorized Titeflex Distributors. To assure factory-made reliability for all assemblies, our distributors are equipped with the Titeflex QuikSwage Assembly Package. Insist that your Titeflex product is assembled and supplied by Titeflex Authorized Distributors.

Quikswage fittings can also be attached to R115/R122 hose using numerous standard hosecrimping machines. For information on this alternate method of attachment, phone Titeflex customer service.
